- Drink plenty of water
- Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar
- Eat more food that grows on tress rather than food that is manufactured using trees.
- Live with 3 E's : Energy, Empathy, Enthusiasm.
- Make time to pray
- Play more Games
- Read more books than you did in 2009
- Sit in silence for atleast 10 minutes each day
- Take a 10-20 minute walk daily and while walking learn to smile.
